This site does not use cookies, analytics, ads or tracking of any kind. The only personal data we receive is what a server sees when it delivers a page, and anything you choose to email us.

Which law applies
We follow Andorra's Qualified Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data. Because we also work with clients in the European Union, we apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to their data as well. The article numbers below refer to the GDPR; Andorran law sets out the same grounds.
Visiting the site
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which acts as our processor. To deliver pages and protect the service from abuse, Netlify's servers briefly log technical data for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser's user agent.
We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify may process this data in the United States; such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. See Netlify's privacy policy.
Fonts are served from this site, not from Google or any other third party.
The project brief
The “Free project review” form only builds a message inside your browser so you can copy it. Nothing you select or type there is sent to us or stored anywhere until you send it yourself by email.
Emailing us
When you write to ceo@cherium.studio, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use them only to reply and to prepare or carry out a project with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or otherwise because we have a legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We delete enquiries that do not lead to a project within 12 months. If we work together, we keep correspondence for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under Andorran law and the GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct data that is wrong
- delete your data, or restrict how we use it
- give you your data in a portable format
You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, email ceo@cherium.studio. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Andorra, the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades; in the EU, the authority in the country where you live or work.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
